Fajarasia.co – Member of the DPR RI, the PKS faction, Slamet, was reminded by the leadership of the DPR that the microphone in the Plenary Meeting Room, at the Nusantara II Building, DPR will automatically turn off after five minutes.
This happened when Slamet wanted to convey an interruption at the Plenary Meeting, Tuesday (14/6/2022).
Before delivering the interruption, the Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Lodewijk F. Paulus, as chair of the meeting, reminded the members of the council that the microphone would turn off after five minutes.
Lodewijk emphasized that there was no term turning off the microphone in the plenary session, as previously reported.
“Thank you, there was one who carried out the interrupt. Before the interruption is carried out, I need to convey to the honorable members of the council that our mic system, our sound system when we talk for more than five minutes automatically turns off,” said Lodewijk in the Plenary Meeting Room, Nusantara II Building DPR RI , Senayan, Jakarta.
Therefore, Lodewijk asked for the understanding of all members of the council that the microphone in the Plenary Room was designed to turn off automatically after five minutes.
The hall is in accordance with the rules set forth in the Member’s Rules of Conduct (Tatib) Article 256 paragraph 6.
In that article, it is regulated that each member is allowed to speak and submit questions for a maximum of five minutes.
“So it’s not turned off. For this, please understand and be aware of it so that we don’t meet inside later, outsiders will fry our situation inside,” said Lodewijk.
Meanwhile, in his interruption, Slamet highlighted the handling of Nail and Mouth Disease (FMD) in livestock.****
