Fajarasia.co – The DPR held its 23rd plenary session for the V session of 2021-2022. One of the agenda for this plenary meeting is to ratify the revision of the Law on the Formation of Legislation (RUU P3).
The plenary session was held at the Nusantara II Building, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (24/5/2022). The meeting was chaired by the Chairperson of the DPR, Puan Maharani and accompanied by the Deputy Speakers of the DPR, Lodewijk Paulus, Rachmat Gobel and Sufmi Dasco Ahmad.
Puan said that the plenary meeting was attended by 56 physical and 220 virtual board members, as well as 62 permits, bringing a total attendance of 338 members. The lady then opened the meeting because it had reached the quorum
“According to records from the Secretariat General of the DPR RI, the list of attendance at today’s plenary meeting has been signed by 56 physical, virtual 220, 62 permits so that the number has reached 338 people out of 575 members of the DPR RI and was attended by members of all factions in the DPR RI,” said Puan.
“Thus, the quorum has been reached and please allow us to open the 23rd plenary session of the DPR RI during the V session of 2021-2022 and we declare that it is open and open to the public,” continued Puan.
1. Submission of the Summary of Semester II Examination Results (IHPS) of 2021 and Submission of the Examination Results Report (LHP) of Semester II of 2021 by BPK RI;
2. Level II discussion/Decision-making on the Bill on the Second Amendment to Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation;
3. Presentation of Faction Views on the Macroeconomic Framework and Fiscal Policy Principles (KEM and PPKF) in the RAPBN for Fiscal Year 2023.****
