Both of them were examined in relation to the investigation into the alleged corruption case in the provision of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) export facilities.
“Asep Asmara (AA) as the Secretary of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, was examined in connection with the investigation of cases of alleged corruption in the provision of export facilities for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and its derivatives from January 2021 to March 2022,” he explained.
Another witness who was examined by AY as the Head of the Organization and Administration Division of the Legal and Organizational Bureau at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Then SH as the Head of the Legal Bureau of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia.
