Fajarasia.co – It is reported that the DPR leadership has received a letter regarding the Candidate for Supreme Court Justices (CHA). Although it has not been officially received by Commission III from the leadership of the DPR, Commission III of the DPR has scheduled a fit and proper test in mid-June 2022.
“Yes, I have (received the name of CHA). I have received information (it has been received) to the leadership (DPR). But I don’t know whether it has been decided at the Deliberative Body,” said Member of Commission III DPR Nasir Djamil when contacted, Thursday (26/5/ 2022).
Nasir explained that the mechanism for this CHA was handed over by the Judicial Commission (KY) to the DPR through the DPR leadership, so that Commission III was just waiting for an assignment through the DPR Bamus meeting.
“So, the mechanism was handed over from there (KY), we’re just waiting for Commission III,” he said.
Regarding when the CHA fit and proper test will be carried out, according to this PKS politician, Commission III of the DPR itself has scheduled a fit and proper test for CHA around 15-20 June 2022.
“If we (commission 3) have scheduled a (fit and proper test for CHA), mid-June next, yes between (dates) 15-20,” said the legislator from Aceh.***
