Fajarasia, co – Hundreds of people who are members of the Anti-Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism Society Front (Basmi KKN) held an action to support the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office (AGO) to resolve cases of alleged corruption related to the export of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), the raw material for cooking oil. , at the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office, South Jakarta, Tuesday (24/5/2022).
“The performance of the Attorney General’s Office has been extraordinary in finding and arresting mafia or cooking oil cartels,” said KKN Basmi Action Coordinator Faizul Hidayat at the location.
For this reason, Faizul emphasized that his party encouraged the Adhyaksa Corps to examine other related parties, including the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS).
“To maximize the performance of the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office in resolving CPO cases, we encourage BPDPKS to be examined,” he said.
Because, according to him, the funds managed by BPDPKS are not small.
“There are Rp137 trillion in palm oil funds in BPDPKS, 80 percent of which is used for biodiesel subsidies, several trillion for cooking oil price subsidies,” he explained.
The Investigation Team of the Directorate of Investigation of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes previously named 4 suspects related to cases of alleged corruption in the provision of export facilities for CPO and its derivatives from January 2021 to March 2022.
They are IWW as Director General of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trade, MPT as Commissioner of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia, SM as Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs for Permata Hijau Group (PHG), and PTS as General Manager in General Affairs Section of PT Musim Mas. ****
