Fajarasia.id – The Santun Berkata Bijak Berkarya (SBBK) Square once again turned into a lively gathering spot for residents of Labuhanbatu Selatan on Sunday morning (November 16, 2025). Thousands of people flocked to the venue to join the Sunday Healthy Exercise session led by Regent Fery Sahputra Simatupang.
From the early hours, the square was filled with civil servants, students, sports communities, and families with children. Their synchronized movements and cheerful energy created a vibrant atmosphere across the entire SBBK area.
Also present was Labusel District Attorney Victor Perlaungan Purba, who mingled with the crowd. After the exercise, Regent Fery and the District Attorney walked around the square, greeting local small business owners, sampling traditional food and drinks, and offering encouragement to the vendors.
“SBBK should not only serve as a square, but as a center of community life — a place to gather, exercise, do business, and strengthen togetherness,” Regent Fery emphasized.
This routine activity has cemented SBBK’s role as a new public icon in Labusel, combining health, economic empowerment, and social unity in one shared space.*****
