Ministry Reports 92.32% of Teacher Allowances Distributed

Fajarasia.id  – The Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) announced that the distribution of allowances for regional civil servant teachers (ASND) has reached 92.32 percent as of November 17, 2025.

Director General of Teachers, Education Personnel, and Learning (GTKPG), Nunuk Suryani, shared the update during a presentation on priority program achievements in Surakarta, Central Java, on Friday (Nov 21). The allowances include the Teacher Professional Allowance (TPG), Special Teacher Allowance (TKG), and Additional Income Funds (DTP).

“Each category varies in progress. For example, some TPG payments have not been disbursed due to invalid bank accounts,” Nunuk explained.

Breakdown of Distribution

  • TPG Semester I: 1,472,687 teachers (99.73 percent)
  • TPG Semester II: 1,404,059 teachers
  • Total TPG disbursed: Rp62.961 trillion
  • TKG disbursed: 61.97 percent or Rp1.490 trillion
  • DTP disbursed: 37.20 percent or Rp274 billion

Nunuk noted that the pace of TKG and DTP distribution depends on proposals submitted by local governments. “In total, Rp64 trillion has already been disbursed. The remaining funds are expected to be completed by November–December,” she added.

The government has set a budget ceiling of Rp70.064 trillion for teacher allowance distribution in the 2025 fiscal year.

In addition, Nunuk highlighted ongoing monitoring of the Teacher Subsidized Housing Program, which targets 20,000 housing units nationwide. The initiative, directed by President Prabowo Subianto, is being implemented by the Ministry of Housing and Settlements to further support teachers’ welfare.

With nearly all allowances distributed, the ministry expects teacher welfare to improve significantly, contributing to stronger education quality across Indonesia.
