Bank NTB Syari'ah Holds Product Knowledge And Service Refreshment Training

Fajarasia.co – Refreshment Product Knowledge and Service training was held on Lombok Island by holding training for Bank NTB Syariah Branch Offices and Sub-Branches located in North Lombok Regency, Saturday (11/06/2022) at Bank NTB Syariah Branch Office Tanjung, after earlier in the month held the same activity on the island of Sumbawa.

Present at the Product Knowledge and Service Refreshment training activity were Deputy General Manager of the JAL Division Neneng Suryati and Branch Manager of Tanjung H. Umartha Branch.

Reported in an official social media of Bank NTB Syari’ah, quoted by the Editor, Friday (6/24/2022) The training activities were attended by Customer Service, Tellers, and Security Guards as frontliners who are the spearhead of the Bank’s services to the community with the aim of improving service quality. by continuing to prioritize service excellence.

Frontliner as the lifeblood of the Bank’s service with this refreshment is expected to further strengthen roles and responsibilities in the service chain in order to increase customer satisfaction, increase customer comfort, trust, and security when transacting with Bank NTB Syariah.

Not only emphasizing service excellence, in this activity the frontliners are also equipped with knowledge related to existing products and new products owned by Bank NTB Syariah.(LS)
