Fajarasia.co – BPH Migas member Saleh Abdurrahman leaked the draft criteria for vehicles not having the right to purchase Pertalite and Subsidized Diesel Fuel Oil (BBM). Vehicles that are prohibited from buying Pertalite are luxury cars with Cubicle Centimeter (CC) above 2,000 and also luxury motorized vehicles.
“Black plate cars can still be used, except for those above 2,000 (CC, ed), including expensive cars and motorbikes. Yellow plates and freight transportation are still allowed,” said Committee Member for the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) Saleh Abdurrahman.
Saleh said new cars like the LCGC which look luxurious but have a small CC, are also called luxury cars. Saleh explained the draft criteria in the Virtual Webinar ‘Generating Stakeholders Support For Achieving Effectiveness of Duel and LPG Subsidies’, Wednesday (29/6/2022).
“New cluster cars from manufacturers are usually recommended to use high octane, it can be more efficient and pro-environment, we hope so,” said Saleh.
Those who are prohibited from using subsidized solar are private vehicles with black plates, except for individual black plates of the open-top type.
“The reason is because there are still many brothers and sisters who need subsidized diesel for their business in the village,” said Saleh.
In addition, for the transportation of goods with yellow plates, subsidized diesel can be used by bringing a letter of recommendation from the local office.
“Similarly, cars for transportation of people’s plantations, coconut and coffee as well as fisheries, which currently have a maximum gross ton of 30 tons. But again, this is still a draft proposal. The criteria can still change because this is still a temporary draft,” Saleh emphasized.
As is known, on July 1, 2022 users of Pertalite BBM and Subsidized Solar must register on the MyPertamina application. In particular, for the 11 cities/regencies that have been determined, namely Bukitinggi City, Agam Regency, Padang Panjang City, Tanah Datar Regency. Then Banjarmasin City, Sukabumi City, Bandung City, Tasikmalaya City, Ciamis Regency, Yogyakarta City and Manado City.****
