The Attorney General's Office of the TTU Confirms It Has Saved State Money of Rp. 1.4 Billion

Fajarasia.co – The District Attorney for North Central Timor (TTU), under the command of Roberth Jimmy Lambila, S. H, M. H, deserves the highest appreciation.

The reason is that the District Attorney’s Office of TTU managed to save Rp. 1. 433. 111. 814, from the hands of irresponsible persons who stole the money of the people of TTU Regency.

The state money that was saved by the TTU District Attorney’s Office was the result of the hard work of the TTU Attorney’s Special Crime Investigation Team (Tipidsus) under the hands of Hendrik Tiip, S. H as the Head of Special Investigations and the TTU Kejari intelligence team under the leadership of the Head of Intel, Andrew Keya, S. H.

The proceeds of crime from these irresponsible persons were saved in the corruption case in the construction of the Inbate Community Health Center (Puskesmas), TTU Regency, worth Rp. 1,212,231,813 and handling cases of the Corruption Crime of Makun Village Financial management in the amount of Rp. 220,880,000.

The head of TTU Regency, Roberth Jimmy Lambila, S. H, M. H, confirmed that the Rp. 1. 433. 111. 814 were rescued in the corruption case in the construction of the Inbate Health Center and in the corruption case in the management of Makun village funds.

This former Kasi Dik Kejati NTT explained, the money worth Rp. 1. 433. 111. 814, deposited into the state treasury. The money is only from two corruption cases handled by the TTU District Attorney’s Office.

“Today, the District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari) of TTU Regency made a deposit to the state treasury in the form of money whose value reached Rp. 1,433, 111, 814. The money was from a corruption case involving the construction of the Inbate Health Center and a criminal act of corruption in the management of Makun village funds, “explained Lambila, Friday (17/6/2022).

Lambila added, money worth Rp. 1,212,231,813 came from the total refund of the replacement money from the defendant Benyamin Lasakar worth Rp. 944,258,813, confiscated money worth Rp. 162,973,000 and a fine to Benjamin Lasakar of Rp. 100,000,000 as well as compensation for the defendant Leonardus Paschal Diaz of Rp. 5,000,000.

While the money worth Rp. 220,880,000, continued Kajari TTU, Roberth J. Lambila, is evidence that was confiscated from the defendant’s house and the treasurer in the criminal case of managing Makun village funds.(rey)
