Fajarasia.co – The Deputy Regent of Pasaman Sabar AS officially opened the establishment of the Kipang Pulut Ita cafe. This inauguration was marked by the cutting of a ribbon by My Deni Novia Sabar AS at the Bonjol Equator Tourism park on Thursday, July 16, 2022.
Patience AS said, the Equator and Bonjol were a gift from God, the people were friendly and the Tuanku Imam Bonjol Historical Tour was an attraction for tourists visiting the realm of Saiyo Pasaman.
“With the presence of this cafe, it is a complement for tourists and a new job opportunity for the Pasaman people,” said the Deputy Regent of Pasaman, Sabar AS, through a release received by the Editor, Friday (17/6/22022).
I hope that the culinary actors in Pasaman, especially the Kipang Pulut Ita Cafe, will always be enthusiastic and keep fighting. For the sake of a dignified Pasaman and a tourist destination, he said.
Zainal, the cafe owner, said that this cafe will be open from 6 am to 10 pm. Meanwhile, the mainstay menu is Kipang Pulut, and Padri war rice.
There is a uniqueness in this Padri War Rice menu where the curry served is not cooked using cooking oil. Everything was grilled, he said.
What’s more interesting in this cafe is the way of cooking because it is served open, meaning that visitors can directly see the kitchen and the cooking or manufacturing process.
The menus served in this Zero Degrees Point cafe are:
Cancang Curry Katupek, Nail Curry Katupek,
Katupek Kalio jengkol, Soto Medan a la equator, rice war Padri Tuanku Imam Bonjol. Gado gado, equatorial fried rice and various drinks.
This new cafe is named Zero deqress World or the Zero Derajat point which is located at the Equator Tourism park, right next to the Tuanku Imam Bonjol museum. (Gani)
