Fajarasia.co – Hanura Party DPP chairman Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO) and party officials attended an anti-corruption briefing in the 2022 Integrated Smart Politics (PCB) program, Thursday, at the KPK Anti-Corruption Education Center Building, Jakarta.
“According to the schedule at 09.00 WIB at the KPK Anti-Corruption Education Center Building, anti-corruption briefing activities will be held for the management of the People’s Conscience Party (Hanura),” said Plt. Spokesperson for the KPK for Prevention of Ipi Maryati Kuding in Jakarta, Thursday (30/6/2022).
The KPK received confirmation that the event would be attended by OSO and 54 party officials. The rest, the administrators of the DPD, DPW, and DPC will take part in the online briefing.
Ipi added that the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Alexander Marwata, would open the event and continue with the provision of anti-corruption briefing materials from a number of materials.
“These include strengthening integrity, the Political Party Integrity System (SIPP), and discussing anti-corruption independent learning that will be delivered by officials at the KPK Deputy for Education and Community Participation,” he said.
On this occasion, he continued, OSO as the General Chair of the Hanura Party DPP is scheduled to sign a joint declaration of the integrity of political parties (parpol).
The declaration is a commitment of political parties to internalize and build the internal integrity of political parties, among others in terms of rejecting money politics or money politics, conflicts of interest, bribery, extortion, gratuities, and other corruption crimes.
Next, willingness to serve as a role model in eradicating corruption, willingness to increase anti-corruption knowledge, develop intelligent politics with integrity through anti-corruption learning facilitated by the Anti-Corruption Education Center of the KPK, and be actively involved in anti-corruption movements within political parties.
In the 2022 PCB series, the Hanura Party is the 8th political party to take part in the activity.
Previously, the KPK had provided anti-corruption briefings to the leadership and management of seven political parties, namely the National Mandate Party (PAN), the Crescent Star Party (PBB), the Democratic Party, the Greater Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra), the Indonesian Change Movement Party (Garuda), The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI) and the Golkar Party (Golkar).*****
