Fajarasia.co – Head of the Legal, Human Rights and Legislation Division of the PDI-P DPP, Yasonna H. Laoly, opened the National Coordination Meeting (Rakorbidnas) of the Legal Aid and People’s Advocacy Agency (BBHAR) at the PDI-P Party School, South Jakarta, Thursday (28/7/2022). The National Coordination Meeting was held to consolidate and prepare for the 2024 General Election.
In his speech, Yasonna said that BBHAR as a party body has the duty to be a legal fortress and advocate for the interests of the party and the people. BBHAR PDI-P has an organizational obligation to oversee the process of the upcoming 2024 simultaneous general elections.
Therefore, it is necessary for the Central and Regional BBHAR to immediately carry out institutional consolidation, both in terms of conceptions of thought, legal strategies, and implementation in the field.
“This Rakorbidnas is for the common perception, steps, and movements of our parties in one march to guard and succeed the PDI-P’s victory in the 2024 simultaneous elections,” Yasonna said.
In the Rakorbidnas with the theme “Winning the Simultaneous Elections in 2024 in One Breath”, Yasonna said that all participants must take the Rakorbidnas with all their hearts on materials related to elections and strengthening ideology on 28-29 July 2022.
“After participating in the BBHAR Rakorbidnas, participants who come from the regions must follow up by implementing the Regional Coordination Meetings in their respective regions, so that an understanding and implementation of the same field can be formed in our every move and step, especially in welcoming the upcoming 2024 General Election. “said the Minister of Law and Human Rights.
The Head of the Legal Aid and People’s Advocacy Agency (BBHAR) Center for PDI Perjuann, M. Nurdin, said that this National Coordination Meeting was held to complement efforts to equalize the steps of cadres throughout Indonesia.
“We sharpen each other about elections, love each other because we meet, and take care of our fellow cadres. We steady our footsteps, we share tasks and collaborate,” said Nurdin.
BBHAR is one of the PDI-P bodies, which held the National Coordination Meeting on the orders of the PDI-P General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri and the mandate of the PDI-P’s AD/ART to carry out internal consolidation.
The opening of the BBHAR Coordination Meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the PDI-P DPP Ahmad Basarah.
The implementation of this Rakorbidnas is expected to support the central leadership of the party to win the 2024 General Election. In addition to strengthening the solidity of BBHAR cadres throughout Indonesia, the National Coordination Meeting is also carried out by strengthening legal materials in facing the 2024 Election.
Participants in the National Coordination Meeting (Rakorbidnas) which will be held on 28-29 July 2022 are BBHAR from the PDI-P Center, as well as BBHAR from 34 provinces represented by heads and secretaries. The event was filled with strengthening materials related to winning elections, programs, regional mapping and surveys, election rules, election disputes, and strengthening ideology.****
