Fajarasia.co – The Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Kemendes PDTT) has delivered an indicative ceiling for the 2023 fiscal year of IDR 3 trillion.
Mendes PDTT Abdul Halim Iskandar said the budget allocated for management support programs amounted to Rp723.8 billion.
Then, the budget is also used for programs for disadvantaged areas, border areas, rural areas and transmigration, amounting to Rp. 2.27 trillion.
“So the total indicative ceiling for the 2023 fiscal year is IDR 3 trillion,” he said in a release received by the Editor, Tuesday (31/5/2022).
He stated that the determination of the indicative ceiling for 2023 had gone through two stages. First, the indicative ceiling is in accordance with a joint letter from the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas. Second, the indicative ceiling was updated through the bilateral RKP 2023 meeting from 17-25 May 2022.
“There are not many changes in determining the ceiling, only slight changes in the allocation of funds, but the total is still the same,” he said.
Mendes PDTT stated that for the indicative ceiling per echelon I work unit for the 2023 budget year, among others, Rp51 billion was allocated for the Inspector General, Rp. 232.9 billion for the Directorate General of Village and Rural Development, Rp.
Then, the Directorate General for Acceleration of Development of Disadvantaged Regions Rp. 93.62 billion, the Directorate General of Development and Development of Transmigration Areas of Rp. 258.28 billion, the Agency for Human Resources Development and Empowerment of Village Community in Disadvantaged Regions and transmigration of Rp. 1.7 trillion.
He said the focus of activities on the draft of the 2023 indicative ceiling work plan, one of which took into account the mandate of the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN).
Then, the president’s directives, ministry priorities or the strategic plan of the Ministry of Villages PDTT for 2020-2024, as well as the results of working visits and aspirations from Commission V partners of the DPR RI.
He hopes that the output of the planned work plan will run as expected.****
