Fajarasia.co – Member of the Indonesian Parliament from the PDI-P faction, Nasyirul Falah Amru (Gus Falah) considers that the quality of a leader cannot be seen only from the presentation of numbers. Gus Falah’s proven track record is one of the important variables in choosing a leader.
According to Gus Falah, the head of the DPR, Puan Maharani, has passed various tests as a leader.
“Mbak Puan’s track record has been tested, it’s hard to put it in the electoral district for the King of Java (Solo Raya) to win, to put it in the election for the governor of Central Java, to win. So the Coordinating Minister can run, the head of the faction can manage the troops, then the Party DPP, continue to be the chairman of the DPR RI,” said Gus Falah, Monday (30/5/2022)
“That’s an extraordinary track record, if the mother is not a leader, it’s not necessarily possible,” said Gus Falah.
Furthermore, Gus Falah is of the view that Puan Maharani is a figure whose character works, exposure to the camera is not very important. Because, Puan believes that by going downstairs and directly hearing the voices of the people, it is a way of educating the people that the state is present.
On that basis, Gus Falah emphasized, the quality of a leader cannot only be seen from one side and then ignore the other side.
“We can’t see a leader from the numbers but the track record that matters. With such a track record, Ms. Puan has gone through everything,” said Gus Falah, who is also the Secretary General of the PDIP DPP Bamusi.
What is Gus Falah’s personal view on the figure of Puan in the 2024 presidential election? The legislator for the East Java X electoral district is confident that the General Chair of the PDI-P Megawati Soekarnoputri will determine the best decision for the party and the nation and state.
