Fajarasia.co – Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the PDI-P faction, Nasyirul Falah Amru, or who is familiarly called Gus Falah, sees the figure of Puan Maharani as a figure who is close to the nuances of leadership.
It is the nuance of leadership that shapes Puan’s personality. Gus Falah is of the view that the spirit of leadership has existed in Ms. Puan for a long time.
“First, if we look specifically at Mbak Puan, yes, her grandfather is the president, her mother is the President, in her personality Ms. Puan must have the spirit of leadership flowing, her father is the Chair of the MPR RI. In his body and soul, he must have lost what is called the spirit of leadership,” said Gus Falah to reporters, Saturday (21/5/22)
Some time ago Puan revealed that her political career was not easy, she agreed that there was an assumption that her life journey was smooth because of the grandson of a proclaimer. Puan dismissed, he emphasized ‘there is no achievement without hard work’.
Gus Falah added that the spirit of leadership in Ms. Puan must have also been honed in such a way.
“When he was young, he always followed his mother (Megawati Soekarnoputri) and followed his father (Taufiq Kiemas), learning how to lead a large political organization,” said Gus Falah.
Gus Falah, who also often goes down to the area with Puan, explained that Puan is a typical person who likes to go downstairs.
“He came down in the Solo Raya constituency which is part of one of the centers of Javanese power, he was able to win the battle. When he led the battle for the Pilgub of Central Java, he was the direct field commander. It was honed again when he became the head of a faction, became a minister, the coordinating minister again, then became the chairman of the DPR RI,” explained Gus Falah, who is also the Secretary General of the Bamusi DPP PDIP.
“This is the spirit of his leadership that has been proven to be honed, he is wherever he is when his position is the DPP of the party, when his position is as a minister a chairman of the DPR RI wherever he is always down, he understands what the people need, what the people suffer. , he was very perceptive,” recalls Gus Falah.
Furthermore, on that basis, Gus Falah saw that Puan’s performance both in the DPR and in her electoral district was the performance of a leader.
“We can’t see a leader from the numbers but the track record that matters. With such a track record, Ms. Puan has gone through everything. It has passed various kinds of tests,” said the legislator for the East Java X electoral district.
Previously, in her Instagram post, Puan emphasized that even though she is the grandson of the proclaimer Bung Karno and the son of the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia Megawati Soekarnoputri, it does not mean that she can achieve her political career without hard work or relying on political privileges.
“Perhaps many think I reached my current position easily, because being the grandson and son of a character is considered to be able to pave the way. But in reality there is no achievement without hard work,” said Puan, in a video interview that she posted on the @puanmaharaniri account.****
