Fajarasia.co – The Tangerang Regency Government has collected data on temporary employees in its government environment. This is a follow-up to the circular letter (SE) of the decision of the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB), regarding the abolition of honorary staff starting November 28, 2023.
“The first thing to do is to recap the number of honorary staff based on educational background, after that a workload analysis is carried out in each OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization),” said Moch Maesal Rasyid, Secretary of Tangerang Regency in a release received by the Editor, Monday (13/6/ 2022).
“After the recap is complete, we will coordinate with the central government. Coordination is needed to know what the next steps are,” Maesal added.
So far, the presence of honorary workers in Tangerang Regency is still very much needed. Especially in improving services to the community. So the Tangerang Regency Government carried out an analysis according to the workload analysis. Including adjusting to the Tangerang Regency APBD budget.
The Tangerang Regency Government will later conduct further discussions regarding the elimination of the honorary staff. However, it is waiting for the technical rules first.
That’s all because the policy to eliminate honorary workers is still very new. Therefore, the Tangerang Regency Government must wait for the technical instructions.****
