Fajarasia.co – A video circulating of Lion Air pilots and flight attendants being raided at a hotel in Surabaya for allegedly cheating. The raid took place at a hotel on Jalan Darmo, Surabaya which was uploaded by Lambe Turah’s account on Saturday (28/5/2022).
Responding to this, Lion Air’s Corporate Communications, Danang Mandala Prihantoro emphasized that his party will take action against employees who violate company regulations.
“Lion Air does not interfere in private matters. Regarding the actions taken by both parties, it is the responsibility of both parties, because they are both adults,” he said in a release sent to the Editor, Sunday (29/5/2022).
The company, he said, really respects and supports the handling and investigation efforts that are being carried out by related and interested parties. The handling efforts that have been carried out by related and interested parties are expected to be completed according to the applicable guidelines.
“Lion Air asks not to involve companies (Lion Air institutions) that are tendentious, have a detrimental impact on the company,” he concluded.
Previously, an unscrupulous pilot was reported by his wife on suspicion of having an affair with another woman. The case is currently being handled by the Women and Children Service Unit (PPA) of the Surabaya Police Satreskrim. The mother raided her husband while he was with another woman, suspected of being a flight attendant, at a hotel on Jalan Raya Darmo, Surabaya.
