Fajarasia.co – PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) continues to prepare the availability of subsidized fertilizers in line 3 or district warehouses to meet the distribution according to the allocation determined by the government, said SVP of Corporate Communications of Pupuk Indonesia Wijaya Laksana.
Wijaya in an official statement received in Jakarta, Sunday (26/6/2022), said that the provision of subsidized fertilizer availability up to the kiosk level can be seen from the number of subsidized fertilizer stocks in line 3, namely up to the distributor level which reached 438,624 tons as of June 23, 2022.
“Pupuk Indonesia continues to provide subsidized fertilizers in the field, especially in line 3 so that it can be quickly distributed when needed. For example, it can be seen from the Urea and NPK stocks which are 164 percent and 211 percent of the minimum requirements in line 3, respectively,” said Wijaya.
The stock of subsidized fertilizers in line 3 which reached 438,624 tons consisted of 224,906 tons of urea type, 186,941 tons of NPK fertilizer, 2,393 tons of SP-36 fertilizer, 2,398 tons of ZA fertilizer, and 21,986 tons of organic fertilizer.
Wijaya said that the entire stock of subsidized fertilizer in the distributor was distributed to the kiosk level in accordance with the Decree (SK) of the Provincial and Regency/City Agriculture Offices, as a derivative rule of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture (Permentan) No. 41 of 2021 which regulates the allocation of subsidized fertilizers in 2022.
“As a producer, we distribute subsidized fertilizers according to the allocation set by the government,” said Wijaya.
To get subsidized fertilizer, Wijaya also stated that farmers must follow the provisions set by the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan). These provisions are mandatory for joining farmer groups, cultivating a maximum of two hectares of land, and compiling a Definitive Plan for Group Needs (RDKK) to be further inputted into the Electronic System Definitive Plan for Group Needs (e-RDKK) by local agricultural extension officers.
Pupuk Indonesia appeals to all distributors and authorized kiosk owners to always follow government regulations in distributing subsidized fertilizers. Pupuk Indonesia will not hesitate to take firm action against distributors and authorized kiosk owners who are found to have violated the law.
In addition to coordinating with KP3, Pupuk Indonesia also continues to strengthen the process of monitoring the distribution of subsidized fertilizers. Starting from factories (Line I), provincial-level warehouses (Line II), district-level warehouses (Line III), to official kiosks at the kiosk level (Line IV).****
