Fajarasia.co – The Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek) areas experienced a reduction in the policy of implementing restrictions on community activities (PPKM) to level 1.
At PPKM Level 1, offices may apply work from office (WFO) or work from the office 100 percent.
The regulation is contained in the Minister of Home Affairs Number 26 of 2022 which regulates PPKM in Java and Bali. He explained, activities in the non-essential sector are applied to a maximum of 100 percent WFO for employees who have been vaccinated
“The implementation of activities in the non-essential sector is subject to a maximum of 100 percent Work From Office (WFO) for employees who have been vaccinated and are required to use the PeduliLindung application at the entrance and exit of the workplace,” the regulation stated, Tuesday (24/5/2022).
For the implementation of activities in essential sectors, such as finance and banking, it only covers insurance, banks, pawnshops, futures exchanges, pension funds, and financial institutions (which are oriented to physical services with customers) can operate with a maximum capacity of 100 percent of staff for locations that are relating to services to the community, and 75 percent for office administration services to support operations.
For capital market activities (which are oriented towards customer service and good capital market operations) as well as information and communication technology activities including cellular operators, data centers, internet, media related to information dissemination to the public, they can operate with a maximum capacity of 100 percent of staff.
Meanwhile, non-quarantine handling hotel activities can operate with the obligation to use the PeduliLindung application to screen all employees and visitors. And only green categories in the PeduliLindung application are allowed to enter, unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.
Then a maximum capacity of 100 percent and fitness center/gym facilities, meeting rooms/meeting rooms/meeting rooms, and large-capacity meeting rooms/ballrooms are allowed to open using the PeduliLindung application and a maximum capacity of 100 percent.
In addition, the provision of food and beverages in the meeting room facilities/meeting room/meeting room, and large-capacity meeting room/ballroom is permitted a buffet meal.
